Founded in 2015 by pastry chef Chimène Delacroix, Chimsy Cake Shop began as a small home-based bakery with a big dream: to bring joy to people's lives through beautifully crafted, delicious cakes.

What started as a passion project quickly grew into one of Tirana's most beloved cake shops, known for our attention to detail, creative designs, and commitment to using only the finest ingredients.
